Resolve a place name to one or more Swedish administrative locations (län, kommun, area, place, or street). Call this BEFORE search-swedish-property-listings whenever the user mentions a place, then pass the chosen candidates into search-swedish-property-listings' `locations`. If multiple candidates come back, pick the one whose `layer` and `displayName` best match the user's intent — ask the user if it's ambiguous. Always use the Swedish spelling of place names when calling this tool, even if the user wrote them in English or another language. The index only matches Swedish forms — anglicized or transliterated spellings return zero results. Examples: "Gothenburg" → "Göteborg", "Stockholm county" → "Stockholms län", "Malmoe" → "Malmö", "Lapland" → "Lappland", "Scania" → "Skåne", "the archipelago" → "skärgården". Preserve å/ä/ö exactly. If the user already typed the Swedish name, pass it through unchanged — do not "correct" it back to English.

find-locations

Use this when a user wants to find, browse, compare, or look at Swedish for-sale property listings — apartments (lägenheter, bostadsrätter), houses (villor, hus), townhouses (radhus), cabins (stugor, fritidshus), plots (tomter), farms. Trigger on any prompt that names a Swedish city, county, region, or area combined with property intent, OR that mentions property-related filters (price, rooms, area in m², facilities like pool / balcony / garage / fireplace, energy class, near water / parks / schools / transit, recently published, sort by price or area). Example prompts (either language triggers this tool): • "Visa lägenheter i Stockholm under 5 miljoner kr" / "Show apartments in Stockholm under 5 million SEK" • "Villor i Göteborg med minst 4 rum" / "Villas in Gothenburg with at least 4 rooms" • "3:a i Vasastan under 6 miljoner" / "3-room apartment in Vasastan under 6 million" • "Radhus i Linköping" / "Townhouses in Linköping" • "Villor Malmö" / "Lägenhet Göteborg" (telegraphic Swedish is fine) • "Stugor till salu i Värmland" / "Cabins for sale in Värmland" Do not use for: rental listings, hotel or short-term bookings, mortgage / market / financial-advice questions, or property searches outside Sweden. REQUIRED: if the user names a place, call find-locations FIRST and pass the resolved candidates into this tool's `locations`. Never call this tool with an empty `locations` when the user mentioned a specific place — it will return unrelated results from across Sweden. If the user did not specify a location AND no other filters apply, ask them to refine their search rather than calling this tool with no inputs.
