Search for cruises using IDs obtained from typeahead tools. REQUIRED: Call search_destinations first for any destination (Bahamas, Caribbean, etc.), search_departure_ports for embarkation ports (Miami, etc.), search_cruise_lines for cruise lines (Royal Caribbean, etc.), or search_ships for specific ships. Parameter names: lineIds (from search_cruise_lines), shipIds (from search_ships), regionIds/countryIds/stateIds/portIds (from search_destinations), departurePortIds/departureStateIds/departureCountryIds (from search_departure_ports). IMPORTANT: For departure ports, use the "type" field from search_departure_ports results to route IDs to the correct parameter: departurePortIds for type="port", departureStateIds for type="state", departureCountryIds for type="country". ONLY call search_cruises directly (without IDs) when the user has no destination, departure port, cruise line, or ship preference - for example duration-only ("show me any 7 night cruises") or date-only ("anything departing in March 2027, anywhere is fine") requests. In that case call it directly with just the dates and/or duration; do not ask a clarifying question.

Returns matching ports with IDs needed for search_cruises departurePortIds parameter.
