Convoke

Query the Catalyst Calendar: events and catalysts (congresses, readouts) from the Knowledge Graph. Provide at least one entity filter (drug, indication, or organization) or a date range via date_filters. Any name filters are resolved to canonical Knowledge Graph entities automatically and the entity_resolution field echoes what each input resolved to (plus near-hit alternatives per input), so pass best-guess names directly, verify from the result, and use the alternatives to catch a wrong match. Default fields: event_id, event_name, is_congress, reported_date; add drugs, indications, organizations, targets, source_urls, or sort_date via task_relevant_fields. reported_date conveys the true granularity ("H1 2026", a congress range, or a full date); request sort_date for a concrete YYYY-MM-DD to sort/filter on. Rows are ordered newest first. sponsor is a deprecated alias for organization. Envelope: total_count, returned_count, truncated, next_offset, entity_resolution, error (null on success).

query_catalyst_calendar

Read one alert's (monitor's) full configuration. Returns the monitoring prompt (scope, prioritization, interpretation rules), resolved knowledge-graph entities, status (active/paused), and schedule. Discover alert_id via search_artifacts(artifact_types=["alert"]) or list_monitors, whichever this connection has. Monitors are created and edited in the Convoke app, not through this server. Envelope: alert (null on error), error (null on success).

get_alert

Read what the org's monitors have surfaced — the findings feed, or specific findings by id. Omit finding_ids and alert_ids for the unified feed across all alerts; pass alert_ids to scope to specific monitors, or finding_ids to fetch specific findings (drill-down). source_types, relevance_scores (priority tier 1=highest..5=lowest), and since/until (YYYY-MM-DD or ISO-8601 on the event date) filter in both modes. sort_by (date, date_asc, priority) applies to the feed. Default per item: id, alert_id, alert_name, title, summary, source_type, relevance_score, published_at. task_relevant_fields adds opt-in fields (source_url, created_at, comment_count, matched_entities, relevance_explanation, source_metadata). Envelope: total_count, returned_count, truncated, next_offset, error (null on success). Normal mode: items populated. LLM mode (llm_prompt): items=[], llm_output + llm_sources. Export mode (export_to_s3): items=[], export_ref, export_download_url, export_schema, export_row_count.

get_findings

List an alert's run history (newest first), paginated. Each run reports status (running/completed/failed), finding_count, new_finding_count, and the synthesized report_id when one exists. Discover alert_id via search_artifacts or list_monitors, whichever this connection has. Envelope: items, total_count, returned_count, truncated, next_offset, error (null on success).

list_alert_runs

List the org's monitors, newest activity first. Output per item: id, artifact_type, name, plus alert_data (status, last_run_at, schedule_crons). Use get_alert to read the monitor's scope. Envelope: total_count, returned_count, truncated, next_offset, error (null on success).

list_monitors

Query the Program Tracker: drug development programs from the Knowledge Graph, one row per drug+indication. Provide at least one entity filter (indication, drug, target, organization, or modality); these accept lists, so prefer one call with several names over many single-name calls. min_phase/ max_phase bound the development stage; status filters program status; routes_of_administration filters delivery routes; date_filters AND-composes trial date ranges. Name filters are resolved to canonical Knowledge Graph entities automatically and the entity_resolution field echoes what each input resolved to (plus near-hit alternatives per input), so pass best-guess names directly, verify from the result, and use the alternatives to catch a wrong match. Default fields: drug_name, indication_name, development_stage, program_status; add organizations, targets, modalities, routes_of_administration, or trials via task_relevant_fields. Set return_drug_names_only=true for a deduplicated drug_names list. Rows are ordered by most-advanced development stage first. sponsor is a deprecated alias for organization.
