Conterminal Shipments

Create or reuse one internal Conterminal quote draft from a plain-language request or selected email body in the connected workspace. Partial requests are allowed and return needs_input with explicit missing fields. This extracts facts but does not calculate or approve pricing, queue an outbound response, or contact the original requester. It sends only an internal acknowledgement to the initiating Conterminal user. Use the same sourceKey when retrying the same request.

create_quote_draft_from_request

Read the published, source-dated empty-return acceptance feed for a terminal. Use terminalSlug 'maher-terminals-mssamw' for Maher. Supply steamshipLineCode and equipmentClass together for a specific lookup. A definitive status requires a current exact equipment cell. Never infer acceptance from a container number, missing row, broad OTHER row, stale source, or unavailable source; those return unknown. Always report the source, source timestamp, and freshness with the answer.

get_empty_return_acceptance

Get a curated read-only operational snapshot for one shipment previously returned by search_shipments. Access and pickup-readiness evidence are rechecked against the OAuth-bound workspace. A null or unknown pickupReadiness is not pickup-ready.

get_shipment

Authoritatively count and list shipments currently confirmed ready for pickup in the connected workspace. Confirmed ready requires providerAvailable=true, providerAtTerminal=true, a confirmed terminal, no active hold, and no gate-out, gate-in, or return evidence. Missing values never qualify. Use this tool for every pickup-ready or available-at-terminal count/list; never broaden a zero-result query to merely at-terminal or discharged shipments.

list_pickup_ready_shipments

Search only the connected Conterminal carrier or freight-forwarder workspace. Uses the exact identity lane for container and M/B/L lookups, accepts whole-query labels such as 'container:', 'M/B/L:', and 'booking:', and uses workspace-pinned full-history search for operational queries. Use this tool for milestone-date history such as 'Portside LFD August', 'Portside LFD Aug 3rd', 'Portside gate out this week', 'Portside gate in next week', or 'Portside delivered before Aug 3'; matched results expose the actual milestone as match evidence. Omitted years use the current America/New_York business year; use 'before', not 'by', for an exclusive upper bound. Each result includes server-evaluated pickup readiness when current provider evidence is available. Never infer pickup readiness from at-terminal, discharged, clear-customs, no-hold, or missing values; use list_pickup_ready_shipments for authoritative current pickup-ready counts and lists.
