Calories Club

Log one body-weight reading (type "weight", kilograms) or water serving (type "water_intake", milliliters). Creates a timestamped record; the latest weight also updates profile weight. Does not edit existing measurements or replace a daily water total.

add_measure

add_entry

Log a completed workout with its activity, duration, calories burned, and optional distance or notes.

add_workout_entry

Permanently delete one saved meal or workout and its associated details when the user asks to remove it. Requires its exact entry_id from a prior result.

delete_entry

Retrieve body-weight (type "weight", kilograms) or water-intake (type "water_intake", milliliters) records for a date range. May include an earlier anchor for trends. Does not modify data.

get_measures

Retrieve recorded meals, nutrition totals, targets, and remaining calorie budget for one calendar day. Includes workout calorie credit. Does not modify data.

get_day_summary

Search saved meal and workout entries by date range or matching text. Without dates, text search covers all history. Returns individual entries rather than one-day nutrition totals and targets.

list_entries

List existing projects and their goals, including IDs for projects the user names. Does not create projects, assign tasks, or infer membership from topic similarity. Similar project names may require clarification.

list_projects

Look up a packaged food from EAN or UPC barcode digits. Returns product and nutrition information without saving an entry.
