Requires the product_id (from the plan list tools). Returns a confirmation card with a Continue-to-checkout button — the actual payment happens on www.bnesim.com, NOT in this conversation.

Shows the live data balance and wallet credit for the signed-in BNESIM customer's eSIMs. Use when the user asks "how much data do I have left?", "what's my balance?", "credit on my eSIMs", or wants a per-eSIM breakdown. Each eSIM can hold multiple data packages (different regions or different expirations), so the response returns a `packages` array per eSIM — show every package, not only the first. Optionally accepts an `iccid` to narrow to a single eSIM.

Returns how many eSIMs the signed-in BNESIM customer has, the active/inactive breakdown, AND a lightweight list of those eSIMs (label, last-4 of ICCID, status). Use this when the user asks "how many eSIMs do I have?", "what's on my account?", or "list my eSIMs". When the `esims` list is present, show it to the user (e.g. a short bulleted list) rather than only stating the count.

Returns the signed-in customer's Refer A Friend code, the discount their friend gets, and the reward the customer earns for referring them. Use when the user asks for their referral code, invite code, or how to refer a friend. Creates the code on first use if the account does not have one yet. When relaying the result, always tell the customer the conditions attached to their code, not just the code itself: whether they have accepted the referral terms (`terms_accepted`), whether they have used up this month's rewards (`monthly_limit_reached`), and the brand their code belongs to (`brand`). Those conditions decide whether they actually earn anything, so omitting them gives the customer a promise the system will not honour. The `message` field already states every condition that applies and is safe to relay as-is.
