BITZER Gascooler Tool

Use this to calculate an explicit capacity or temperature-potential scenario for a selected exact geometry using the Margins core. Requires a complete reference request, confirmed design duty and inverse search bounds. Do not use it to optimize plant COP, certify pressure safety or equate capacity margin with HTRI overdesign.

calculate_margin_scenario

Use this after a successful rating or an explicitly chosen selection candidate when the user needs the exact released STEP geometry. Do not use render_3d_model when a CAD STEP file is required. Success returns a temporary STEP ZIP resource including both mandatory rights-of-use files; no substitute geometry is generated.

get_3d_step_file

Use this when an R744 pressure must be classified or a subcritical outlet-temperature limit is needed before rating or selection. Do not use it as a gas-cooler calculation. It returns the exact UI saturation rule data or an explicit error.

get_r744_saturation_state

Use this only after start_capacity_map to poll its jobId. Do not use start_capacity_map again merely because this job is queued or running. Success returns map counts, the PNG as ImageContent and as a temporary PNG resource; detail full also includes calculated map points.

get_capacity_map

Use this only after start_capacity_selection to poll its jobId. Do not use start_capacity_selection again merely because this job is queued or running. Success returns a 30-minute calculationId and stable candidateId values; choose a candidate explicitly before requesting artifacts.

get_capacity_selection

Use this only after a successful direct rate_gas_cooler call when the user needs the complete UI-equivalent result as a PDF. Do not use it with a capacity-selection calculationId; selection contexts are rejected. The temporary PDF resource uses the selected language and expires with the calculation context.

get_result_pdf

Use this when the user supplied one complete gas-cooler type and operating point and needs its exact UI-equivalent rating. Do not use it to discover a model or compare candidate types; use search_gas_cooler_models or start_capacity_selection instead. A successful call creates a 30-minute calculationId for artifact tools.

rate_gas_cooler

Use this after a successful capacity selection to convert one explicitly chosen candidateId into an exact direct type-rating context. The server reuses the stored selection input, verifies result parity, and returns a new 30-minute calculationId for PDF, capacity map, artifact, and gallery tools. Do not use it for an already direct type rating, and never reconstruct or rename the model in the client.

rate_selected_candidate

Use this after a successful rating or an explicitly chosen selection candidate when the user wants a visual 3D preview. Do not use it when the user needs editable STEP CAD; use get_3d_step_file instead. Success returns an isometric PNG as ImageContent and a temporary GLB resource from the same exact geometry.

render_3d_model

Use this after a successful rating or an explicitly chosen selection candidate when the user needs the released 2D dimensional drawing. Do not use it for thermal curves; use render_pinch_diagram instead. Success returns the complete PNG as ImageContent and as a temporary PNG resource.

render_dimensional_drawing
