Use this when you need to inspect Astrofaith's saved birth-data contract, available fields, effective permissions, and concurrency requirements before using other saved-data tools.

birthdata_capabilities

Use this when you need an authoritative Astrofaith bi-wheel comparison between a saved natal profile and an explicit transit chart. It returns the inner and outer charts plus cross-chart aspects as one result. Resolve an ambiguous transit location first.

calculate_transit_comparison

Use this when you need an authoritative Astrofaith natal chart calculated with the Swiss Ephemeris engine. Provide either one saved profileId or one explicit birth object, never both. A profileId also requires birthdata:read access.

calculate_chart

Use this when the user explicitly asks to create a saved birth-data profile. Search for duplicates first, preserve supplied provenance, and use a unique idempotencyKey so a retried request does not create a duplicate.

birthdata_create

Use this when the user explicitly confirms permanent deletion of one saved birth-data profile. Read it immediately first and supply the returned ETag in ifMatch. This action cannot be undone through the plugin.

birthdata_delete

Use this when you need the exact intervals in an inclusive date range when one transiting planet occupies a selected house of a saved natal chart. It returns refined ingress and egress times and repeated retrograde crossings; do not approximate this by sampling separate charts.

find_transit_house_periods

Use this when you need to list the connected member's saved birth-data groups and their IDs before filtering or assigning a profile. Do not use it to modify groups.

birthdata_groups

Use this when you need to read one connected-member birth-data profile by ID. The result includes its current ETag for a later safe update or deletion. Do not use it to modify the profile.

birthdata_get

Use this when a place name must be resolved to canonical candidate labels, coordinates, countries, regions, and IANA timezones before saving birth data or calculating a chart. Ask the user to choose when results are ambiguous.

resolve_location

Use this when you need to list or search the connected member's saved birth-data profiles. The optional search matches names, places, groups, dates, and times. Do not use it to modify records.

birthdata_list
