This tool is used if the user has asked a career related query where he's looking for an ideal or dream company for different segments. Segments are defined with the combination of parameters like designations, skills, ratings, company type, educational qualifications, experience levels, location, department, industry. This tool can also take as input salary ranges and provide companies that offer salary in that range. This tool should only be used if company name(s) is(are) not provided by user and query is related to career. CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: When calling this tool, you MUST ALWAYS provide the summary_title parameter. Queries that are looking for companies but not from a jobseeker's perspective can not be handled by this tool. For example: queries about companies from a consumer's perspective(Someone interested in product and services of that company) can not be answered by this tool. This tool is to be only used if the question is career related.

This tool provides employee reviews and ratings about companies/organizations written by their current or ex-employees. This tool can fetch reviews filtered by company, designation/role, location, and department. It can also compare reviews between multiple companies. Some examples of queries it can be used to answer: how is work-life balance at company X, which is better company A or B, what do employees say about company Y.
