Finalises the quote session and returns the quote reference and URL. Call this after AnswerBatch has returned a reviewCheckpoint that has been confirmed. If session data is incomplete, returns an error indicating there are missing fields. On success, returns quoteReference (issued reference for the customer), and quoteUrl (the only valid link to view and complete the purchase — opaque, not derivable from the session id or reference). The structuredContent payload (same fields) drives the ui://quote/result-widget.html widget. Responses contain no monetary amounts. On failure, returns an error response. Recoverable failures include a Recovery block whose FallbackUrl is the alternative entry point for the customer. If "Quote session not found." is returned, call StartQuote to obtain a new session, resubmit answers via AnswerBatch, then call RateQuote again.

RateQuote

Searches a reference data list by keyword and returns matching items ranked by relevance. Used to resolve free-text input for SearchSelect questions into the option code that AnswerBatch expects. Ranking boosts exact token matches, token-prefix matches, and synonym-backed queries before alphabetical tie-breaking. Each result includes the option code (submitted as the answer) and the human-readable label.

LookupReferenceValues

Starts a new taxi insurance quote session and returns the first batch of questions. Call this to begin a new quote, or to recover when another tool returns "Quote session not found." (the previous session has expired). Returns quoteSessionId plus sessionState containing nextBatch (the first batch of questions, each with id, label, type, and options or lookup metadata), the resolved consumer profile, and progress counters. Answers for the returned batch are submitted via AnswerBatch using the supplied batchKey. For SearchSelect questions, LookupReferenceValues resolves search text into the option code that AnswerBatch expects.

StartQuote

Submits answers for the current quote batch and returns the next session state. Call this with the batchKey from the previous response and a JSON object of answers for the questions in that batch. Returns sessionState containing exactly one of: nextBatch (the next batch of questions to collect), reviewCheckpoint (a summary ready for confirmation before rating), validationErrors (one or more answers failed validation and need correction), or resolvedLookups (results from a SearchSelect lookup, where each entry pairs the questionId with the resolved option). For SearchSelect questions (questionType is SearchSelect or the question carries a lookup field), call LookupReferenceValues to obtain an item code first, then submit that code as the answer. When a question includes a defaultValue, the value can be submitted directly without a fresh prompt. After a reviewCheckpoint is returned and confirmed, call RateQuote to finalise the quote. If "Quote session not found." is returned, call StartQuote to obtain a new session, then resubmit answers via AnswerBatch.

Returns taxi insurance frequently asked questions as a JSON object with a 'faqs' array; each entry has 'category', 'question', and 'answer' string fields. Topics covered: private hire vs public hire, no claims bonus, vehicle requirements, licensing, cover options, claims, and payment. Used for general taxi insurance information that is not specific to an active quote session.
