1to1 Mate is a relationship management app built around 1:1 meetings. It is an "external memory" tool for people whose work depends on stacking one-on-one conversations — sales professionals, community builders, managers, founders, advisors, and anyone who runs recurring 1:1s. Audio transcription, new meeting note creation, and member registration all happen inside the 1to1 Mate app. The MCP / ChatGPT integration only provides read-only access to data already recorded through those features.
