WorkZen is field service management software for home service businesses: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage doors, cleaning and more. It runs scheduling, jobs, estimates, invoicing and payments in one place. The WorkZen connector lets you ask Claude about your business in plain language. Claude can look up clients, list jobs by status, find overdue or unpaid invoices, check the schedule for any date range, and add new leads as they come in. Examples: - "Which invoices are overdue, and how much is owed in total?" - "What visits do I have this week?" - "Find the client Smith and show me their open jobs." - "Add a lead: Jane Doe, jane@example.com, wants a quote for a furnace tune-up." Claude works with your own WorkZen account and your role's permissions. An admin sees the whole company; a technician only sees their own visits. Each person connects with their own login. The connector is read-only except for adding leads. It cannot edit or delete records, send documents to customers, or take payments. Available on the WorkZen ZenAI plan.
