Use this when user wants to clarify some info about swiss passes, exactly about: - swiss travel pass - swiss travel pass flex - swiss half fare card. This tool gives description of the ticket, what it includes and what is not included, ticket discounts (if applicable), usage best cases, restrictions (if any).

swissrailways_get_ticket_info

Use this tool to clarify status of user order. Use this tool only once and only when user confirms he payed the order. Use uuid that was returned by swissrailways_order_overview tool, do not create your own.

swissrailways_fetch_order_status

Use this when user fills billing person details. This tool will return possible salutation prefixes used in email correspondence. User must select one of the options explicitly, do not guess what title he/she needs. To fetch possible title options use user messages language, or english if user uses language not available for tool.

Use this tool when user requests prices for: - Swiss Travel Pass - Swiss Travel Pass Flex - swiss half fare card Tool will return list of prices for every comfort class (1, 2), possible ticket durations (3 days, 5 days and etc) and for all available tariffs: child, youth, adult in provided currency.

Use this when user filled all needed details, and want to see order overview or proceed with purchase. The embedded UI widget renders interface and handles all further interaction. IMPORTANT: After calling this tool, output NO text at all — not even a single word. The UI widget is self-contained and requires no additional commentary from you. Do not show uuid to user. Detect conversation language (not interface one), pass it as parameter to the tool.

swissrailways_render_order_overview

Use this tool when user selects ticket type. This will provide list of options and their possible values for the selected type of the ticket. Return example: { "class": [1, 2], "duration": [3, 8, 15], "start_date": 2026-09-01 } ## Options description: 1. Class: Comfort class of the ticket. Return example: [1, 2] 2. Duration: How many days ticket is valid for. Return example: [3, 4, 8, 15] 3. Minimal start date: The closest date the ticket can start on. Return example: 2026-04-05 (format: YYYY-MM-DD should be adopted to user locale) 4. Discounts: Will return tariff and possible discounts for it.
