Re:port Flow

ReportFlow is a document-generation connector that enables users to create professional PDF documents directly from Claude using templates managed in ReportFlow. It supports common business documents such as invoices, contracts, statements, quotations, certificates, and other structured reports. Through the connector, Claude can retrieve the user’s available templates, inspect the parameters required by each template, and generate PDFs using information provided in the conversation. Users can create a single PDF synchronously or generate multiple documents as a batch for workflows such as monthly statements, customer-specific invoices, and bulk contracts. Generated files are returned through downloadable URLs. The connector is provided as a remote MCP server using Streamable HTTP. Authentication is handled through OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code Flow with PKCE. When adding the connector, users sign in to ReportFlow, select an authorized workspace, and grant the requested permissions. Access to templates and document-generation operations is restricted to the authenticated user and workspace. A typical workflow is: select or search for a template, retrieve its input schema, provide the required values, and generate the completed PDF. For example, a user can ask Claude to create an invoice for a specific customer and amount, generate one statement per customer, or prepare a contract from an existing ReportFlow template. ReportFlow helps teams reduce repetitive document preparation while preserving the layout, branding, and structure defined in their templates. The connector does not replace template management; it provides a conversational interface for securely selecting templates, supplying data, and generating documents from Claude.

Score explained

How the Discoverability Score works

The Claude Discoverability Score will be the percentage of contested conversations where Re:port Flow appears in the connector picker or Claude invokes it directly. Found and Positioned will be shown as diagnostics, not score inputs.

InvisibleBuriedEmergingCompetitiveWinning

Community connectors appear on this scale after Claude verifies them and they become eligible for organic discovery.

FoundDiagnostic

Whether Claude found your Connector in connector search. It must be Found before it can reach the picker, but the score counts picker appearances—not search results.

PickedMain score

How often your Connector appeared in the picker, or Claude invoked it directly, across contested conversations. This percentage is the Discoverability Score; the headline number is rounded.

PositionedDiagnostic

What position your Connector appeared in when it was shown in the picker. This shows prominence, but it does not affect the score.

How do I improve a Community connector's discoverability?

The levers are the listing surface agents actually read: names, descriptions, keywords, tool metadata, and registry health. Which lever matters depends on where discovery breaks, which is what continuous measurement shows.
