Ask AURA — IHCL's AI concierge agent — for restaurant reservations and dining queries at Taj, Vivanta, SeleQtions, and Ginger hotels. ## When to use - Search restaurants across IHCL properties - Check availability, menus, or booking windows - Make, modify, or look up restaurant reservations - Ask about dining offers, occasions, or guest services ## CRITICAL: Gather details from the user BEFORE calling AURA AURA is most efficient when the first real message contains all booking essentials. Collect these UPFRONT in plain conversation, BEFORE calling this tool: 1. Cuisine / restaurant preference 2. City or hotel 3. Date 4. Time 5. Party size 6. Guest's first and last name Do NOT call this tool until you have all six. Ask the user in a single friendly question. ## DO NOT ask for phone number upfront Phone number is sensitive. Only ask the user for their phone number AFTER AURA explicitly requests it. When AURA asks, prompt the user, then pass it in the next call. ## Call protocol 1. The FIRST call in every new conversation MUST be a greeting: ask_aura({ message: 'Hi' }). Wait for AURA's response before continuing. 2.
