Returns description, photos, sleeping arrangements, amenities, capacity, location, policies (pets, check-in/out), house-rule FAQs, review summary, manager brand, canonical listing/rates/reviews URLs, and booking mode.

get_property

Per-day nightly rate, minimum stay, and open/booked status for up to 365 days ahead, from a cache refreshed several times daily — `refreshed_at` states exactly when. Use this to find open windows and estimate cost; always confirm an exact bookable total with `get_stay_quote` before presenting a final price.

get_rate_calendar

Search professionally managed vacation rentals across participating property managers, or within one manager's collection when `tenant_slug` is set. Filter by city/state, dates (dated searches return real bookable totals including fees), party size, bedrooms, price caps, amenities, or free text. Price caps apply only to listings quoting in `price_currency` (ISO 4217, default USD); listings quoting another currency are omitted from capped searches, and no currency conversion is performed. `max_total_price` requires `check_in` and `check_out`, and a capped dated search omits listings with no total and listings whose total could not be itemized (fees and taxes included), because an unknown or estimated amount cannot be honestly compared with a cap. Location matching is city/state text — radius search is not supported. Returns up to 20 summaries with a stable numeric `listing_id`, from-price or dated total, first photo, review summary, and the property's direct booking URL. Follow up with `get_property` for full detail.
