Create a simulation test case. The case defines a persona prompt (how the simulated caller behaves) and success criteria (what the agent should achieve). IMPORTANT: Do NOT include base_agent_id when creating custom cases.

create_simulation_case

Create a new simulation suite for testing an agent. A suite groups related simulation cases together. Requires a name and the agent's model_id.

create_simulation_suite

Create a new AI voice agent from a template. The template_slug matches the agent_type: 'inbound', 'outbound', or 'widget'. The template provides sensible defaults; pass any overrides in the fields object. agent_name is required in fields.

Permanently delete an action by its slug. This cannot be undone. REQUIRES `confirmed=true`. FIRST call confirm_action naming the action and summarizing what will be removed. After the user confirms, call this tool again with confirmed=true. Without confirmed: returns status confirmation_required with action (+ attached_agents when present). With confirmed=true but attachments remain: returns status blocked (ACTION_ATTACHED_TO_AGENTS) — detach it from each agent first, then retry.

delete_action

Permanently delete an agent by its model_id. This cannot be undone. STRICT ORDER: (1) get_agent + get_agent_actions, (2) confirm_action with agent and attached_actions, (3) delete_agent with confirmed=true. Never call this before confirm_action. Without confirmed: returns status confirmation_required with agent + attached_actions (show these so the user sees what the agent does). Deletion can still fail when blocked by other references (simulations, account default-assistant links). If the result says 'Cannot delete…' or 'error occurred while deleting', report that SPECIFIC blocking reason to the user and stop — do NOT retry unrelated tools. publish_agent_draft is NOT a pre-delete step; never call it to recover a failed delete. Never move a phone number or edit a different agent as part of a deletion.

delete_agent

Permanently delete a knowledge base by its slug. The KB must not be attached to any agent. This cannot be undone. REQUIRES `confirmed=true`. FIRST call confirm_action naming the knowledge base and what will be removed. After the user confirms, call this tool again with confirmed=true.

Delete a simulation test case. This cannot be undone. Prefer passing simulation_case_id from list_simulation_cases. If the user names a case while replacing it, pass simulation_case_name only when it is exact and unique.

detach_knowledge_base_from_agent

Detach one phone number from an outbound agent's multi-number phone pool. Use this ONLY when the agent has multiple pooled phone numbers and the user wants to remove one pooled number. If the user wants to change the agent's single primary phone number, use update_agent with update_data.phone_number instead. Call list_phone_numbers or get_agent first if you need the exact phone_number or slug.

detach_phone_number_from_agent_pooling

Fetch the content of a URL and return it as readable text. Use this to read documentation pages, API references, blog posts, or any public webpage the user asks you to check. HTML is converted to clean text. Large pages are truncated.

Get the full details of a specific action by its slug or ID. ALWAYS call this before updating an action so you know the exact field names and structure.

Get detailed information about a specific agent by its model_id.

Get the knowledge base attached to a specific agent, including its items.

get_agent_knowledge_base

Get the diff between two versions of an agent. Default compares the current draft against the live version (use after update_agent to show what will be published). FOR A ROLLBACK PREVIEW: you MUST first call list_agent_versions and copy BOTH version ids verbatim from its output — pass version_id=<target version's version_id> and compare_with=<the row whose is_current=true> from the list. Never guess or reuse UUIDs from earlier in the conversation — always read them from a fresh list_agent_versions result. Returns a list of field-by-field changes (added, modified, removed).

get_agent_version_diff

Get call analytics and statistics for the workspace or a specific agent. Returns call counts by status, duration metrics, sentiment stats, end call reasons, and daily breakdowns suitable for charting. Use show_chart to visualize the results.

get_call_analytics

Get detailed information about a specific call including transcript, timeline, executed actions, recording URL, labels, and call analysis. After getting the result, ALWAYS use show_call_card to display the call details.

get_call_details

Get detailed information about a specific knowledge base by its slug, including its items.

get_knowledge_base

Get a phone book by id, including entries with phone_number and transfer_condition.

get_phone_book

Get the status and results of a simulation session. Returns all simulations in the session with their status, transcript, and success criteria analysis.

Get full details of a specific webhook log by its ID. Returns request/response headers, payload, status code, duration, and error message if failed.

get_webhook_log_detail

Initialize a custom action by sending a test request to its configured endpoint. This must be called after creating or updating a custom action to activate it. The action's URL is called with example variable values so you can verify the response structure. Returns the API response from the action's endpoint.

list_actions

List actions attached to a specific agent.

get_agent_actions

List published versions of an agent plus the current draft if one exists. Use this when the user wants to see version history or to pick a version to roll back to. Returns each version's version_id, version_number, description, published_at, published_by, and flags (is_current, is_draft). Identify the live version by is_current=true. ALWAYS call this immediately before get_agent_version_diff (for a rollback preview) or rollback_agent_version, and copy version_id values verbatim from its output — never invent, paraphrase, or reuse UUIDs from earlier in the conversation.

list_agent_versions

List agents matching an optional filter. Returns {agents, total, page, page_size}. total is the full count across all pages — use it directly for 'how many' questions; never count returned rows. See the 'Agent filter DSL' section in the system prompt for filter key conventions, scope rules, and format hints.

list_agents

List calls with filtering and pagination. Filters: workspace_id (auto-set), model_id (agent ID), call_status (completed/failed/busy/no_answer/hangup_on_voicemail/user-canceled), type_of_call (inbound/outbound/widget/webrtc), lead_phone_number, from_date, to_date, duration_min, duration_max (seconds), labels, end_call_reason, call_mode (production/test), exclude_simulations. Returns call_id, phone, status, duration, start_time, agent name.

list_calls

List contacts in the workspace. Supports optional search and pagination.

list_contacts

List the third-party integrations (GoHighLevel, Cal.com, Zendesk, etc.) that are currently connected for the workspace. ALWAYS call this before creating or updating any action that depends on an external provider (e.g. 'booking' actions need GoHighLevel or Cal.com connected). If the required integration is missing or has is_configured=false, stop and instruct the user to connect it in the Integrations page; do NOT proceed with creating the action. Returns only integration name and is_configured — it never exposes API keys, tokens, or any other credential material.

list_integrations

List knowledge bases in the workspace. Supports optional search and pagination.

list_phone_books

List phone numbers. By default scoped to the current workspace. For agency-wide lookups (e.g. 'which subaccount owns +1-XXX-XXX-XXXX?') pass workspace_ids=['*'] to scan the caller's workspace plus all its subaccounts in ONE call. Pass workspace_ids=['A','B'] to narrow to specific workspaces. Never iterate this tool per subaccount — use workspace_ids instead. Use the search param (OData syntax like "phone_number eq '+19088084660'" or "phone_number like '9088084660'") to filter to a specific number when looking one up.

list_phone_numbers

List simulation cases. Can filter by agent or list all in workspace.

list_simulations

List subaccounts (child workspaces) of a workspace. Returns {subaccounts, total, page, page_size}. Only works for agency accounts. Defaults to the current workspace.

list_subaccounts

List available ElevenLabs voices for agents. Use this whenever the user asks to see available voices OR wants to change an agent's voice (find the voice first, then pass its voice_id, voice_name, voice_accent, voice_language_code, voice_preview_url, voice_is_recommended into update_agent's update_data). By default searches across voice_type shared, cloned and imported and merges the results. Pass voice_type explicitly to restrict to one source. Supports filtering by language (e.g. 'en-US', 'es-ES'), accent, gender, and free-text search on voice name or id. Returns each voice with the exact voice_* fields expected by update_agent.
