Auto-transcribe and burn karaoke-style subtitles onto a video. Returns a permanent URL to the subtitled video. Features word-level highlighting (karaoke effect), any Google Font, customizable colors, and bounce animation. Tips: - Use words_per_subtitle=1 for TikTok/Reels style single-word subtitles. - Use words_per_subtitle=8-12 for traditional movie-style subtitles. - Keep y_offset between -100 and 100 unless a tested preset requires otherwise; extreme offsets may be rejected by the provider. - Default style is Montserrat bold white with purple highlight — looks great on most videos.

Start a character-driven film project. Creates the project shell (status "drafting") and opens the film preview. Fetch a brand theme. Themes are reusable brand configuration bundles (colors, fonts, logos, product images, etc.) stored as JSON — use them to keep generated media on-brand. Returns the theme's name, default status, and full data. Omit name to get the default theme.
Get a presigned URL for uploading file bytes directly to storage. Use this when the client can read a local file and make the PUT request itself, especially Codex and other local execution environments. Also use it for files too large for URL-based import (>37MB). Do NOT use this for a file already pasted, attached, or generated in a ChatGPT conversation.
