By accessing our Website or installing our Apps on any platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

• Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use our Services.
• Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

• Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Apps and Website for your personal or internal business use.
• Platform Terms: Your use of our Apps is also subject to the terms of the platform provider from which you downloaded the App (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
• Restrictions: You may not:
  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of our Apps.
  • Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Circumvent any usage limits or security features.

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit through our Apps ("User Content").
• License to Us: By uploading User Content, you grant Ghost Team a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
• Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is defamatory, infringing on intellectual property, or otherwise harmful.

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including our branding, logos, software code, and design elements, are the exclusive property of Ghost Team. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

• Billing: If our Apps offer paid features, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.
• Cancellations: Subscriptions managed through third-party stores (Apple/Google) must be cancelled via those platform settings.
• Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by local law or specified in a separate refund policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

• "As-Is" Basis: Our Services are provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghost Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the past six months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website or through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
